  Very rude customer service. Teller shorted me $400.! When I asked to see the camera..one of the managers very rude BTW. Said we don’t have cameras on our tellers! Wow really so they can pocket your money and get away with it! This is the worse bank I’ve ever dealt with!

  Was standing in line about 11 of us waiting and only 1 teller. The manager just stands there asking if we are doing a credit card payment with cash but yet she wont hop on one of the tellers to service us so too long of a wait not enough staff, manager just doesnt care. HIRE MORE PEOPLE

  La worse branch of Bank of America. Employees they're the worst the worst. They don't know where they stand. Me re without surgery y they left me waiting for more than 3 hours to tell me no i can be treated

  In this location, no one answering the phone. For over a year I have a bank account, and there never was able to get phone assistance. Why do they not have a phone customer service? A visit to the Bank of America branch in Palos Hills is always a waste of two hours of time. The expedition to the location of the bank is too high costs of my time, the loss of 2-3 hours of time, most of cases can be solved over the phone in a few minutes. May they should do paid phone customer service, I will be happy to pay for it, it's better than a two-hour visit to the Bank of America. I have already had enough of this bank.

  Horrible customer service! I had a complaint. The manager was supposed to call me back. She did at 4:59pm from a private number so i didn't answer. When i got her message and tried to return her call it was already after 5pm and the phones were turned off. Very slick on her part. I spent the entire next day trying to call back with no answer.

  They have only 2 costumer waiting and telling that they can not help me, couze there busy. Not coming anymore

  Look the people who work there are nice, however, this institution does not like to honor there own checks. I stopped taking BOA checks bc they are not worth the paper they are written on.
