  We scheduled consultation with Viola Wozniak , one of Chase bankers. To say she went above and beyond her job description is an understatement. She listened, explained and was the most professional and personable banker I’ve ever encountered. I will be forever grateful. Thank you

  Stopped by today at 9:00 AM (opening hour) . Lady stuck a piece of paper on the window ‘our branch is temporarily closed’ . Thanks for the heads up.

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is a terrible and unprofessional branch. I had to get change for my job and first of the the girl who was at the window helping us was very rude and needs to get her attitude checked. Second, the girl shorted us by $10. By the time i noticed it was short, I was already back at my job. So I had to drive all the way back to the bank only for her to give even more attitude saying she didn’t short me when she did 100%. Then she decided to take the money out of my personal bank account when I had already given her the correct amount before I just needed change. Don’t bother going to this location because they are untrustworthy and steal money!!

  Definitely 0 star for the location lots of accident happens in their parking lot always crowded I always park at Jewel just to be safe

  Been banking with CHASE BANK for decades. Usually no problem. Tellers were always polite. Inside service is pleasant as well.

  I went to make a payment using a Chase ATM at this branch and the machine took my money and displayed an error and did not give me my funds back. I have spent two and a half months talking to Chase Customer Service and their Credit Card Services Department to get this issue resolved and they keep telling me they have not been able to locate my funds. I will never use a Chase ATM again. I don't know what they are doing but I would think twice before using their ATMs.

  I pulled up a few minutes before closing to the drive through and there was one someone ahead of me that took longer than usual to be assisted. When it came my turn they closed the window on me because it was already closing time. I was in line and waited during the operating hours and I didn't even get to complete my business. This was unprofessional and very rude! This wasn't the only time this happened to me. They need to change this behavior toward customers because I've heard other people complain about the same issue at this location.

  Nice people, but not enough personal bankers and not enough drive up drive up windows. The employees are working hard but there is not enough personal!

  On July 15th I went to the chase bank ATM to put a deposit and the machine took the cash deposit and gave me my card back without a receipt. The deposit didn't go to my account. I went inside the bank to let them know what happened and I was told my deposit will be in my account in the next couple of hours and I was given a receipt for a transaction history. After a week the deposit was taken off of my account and I was being told that there was no such deposit transaction made. I kept on contacting the manager and I am told that there's no proof of me putting in the deposit. I don't recommend trusting this bank, They took away my money.

  10/10 Would bank here again. I talked to bank employee to open a credit card, and checking account a while back and the guy explained everything to me, but mostly stayed on the revelant topics and deals going around and would reccomend what deals and cards applied to me. Would reccomend this branch, and possibly all of Chase to other people. I've never had an issue since opening the accounts.
