      The worst banking experience I've experienced in over 20 years of banking with Bank of America. They have one employee in a computer upon walking in front of you and one that speaks to customers entering asking of you need help and one employee behind the counter. The longest most ridiculous line over 30mins just to withdrawal money.

      worse bank ever, service is horrible, to do a deposit gotta wait in line like half of hour because they always have one teller while the other associates are ordering their food or checking their computers instead of getting rid of the line and then do all diligence that will help the flow of service. but what can you expect from a whole bunch of people talking and gossiping between each other.

      I’m not taking about this bank location…but I’m taking. About there bank it self.banking is horrible…my debit card is always on a freeze if I need money in a hurry it’s always stopping me from getting my money..worst bank ever.I’m going to cancel my banking with them today..DO NOT USE THIS BANK

      This branch is very Recess. if you go there and you don’t speak Spanish they treat you different, I went to twice today to do a wire transfer and then they have me going back and forward and she’s say to me she cannot help me and in front of me some Spanish come and then they pull then into the seat this is recess she need to go back to your manager in training or you should guys get her fired

      This bank is packed and only has 1 teller and she is super slow and ppl are complaining and one of the ladies from the desk said in spanish "keep complaining and make you guys wait more longer" Very rude!!

      Horrible bank, they only employ one teller the wait line will take you almost a whole hour if you have anything to do that is outside of the ATM area.

      Arrived around 9:15 today. 7 people in front of me and 1 (one) teller working . I'm pretty sure this is the busy time of day and would hope more than one teller is usually present.

      I opened an account today and was assisted by Carlos Martinez, the Relationship Manager for this branch of BOA. Carlos took his time with me and explained the services the bank offers, downloaded the BOA app onto my phone and walked me through my first deposit at the ATM machine.
