  Last week I met a customer service representative named Aurora and she was a breath of fresh air. She was able to listen to my problem and did wverything required to assist me in my timenof need without judgement. She was the most confidenrt anf intelligent person I have dealth with in my 26 years of banking with BOA. Meeting her and receiving the excellent customer service that day from her made me realize that BOA is onlybas good as its employees. And she was top notch. Thank you BOA..for hiring this competent, confident, and inctedibly profficient employee. She was exceptional.

  Mrs. Cindy & Mrs. Petra are always accommodating! They always have great attitudes even though some clients aren’t always the nicest. They’re just doing their job day in and day out and I haven’t ever had any problems here. Great service and most of the time there isn’t too long of lines!

  Poor service over the phone. And the people who work there don't know the difference between a personal check or a cashier's check from a bank. There input skills on how to use a computer to put checks in the system needs to be reviewed

  What a joy it was sitting in your lobby for 25 minutes before someone finally approached me and told me the one person that can help me with a wire transfer is booked for the next hour.

  They charge $8 to cash their own checks but only have one person serving the front. A line of ten people. Getting rich off of the poor and keeping the money to themselves. Hire more people, put that hard earned money back in to the community. Shame on you Bank Of America

  Service is too slow, never seems to be enough personel on duty.

  Terrible Customer Service...ALWAYS a long wait ...and the workers move in slow motion. This is the worst B of A branch ever encountered in my 20 year history with them.
