Ashley Cosgrove1I’ve been calling this location for 30 mins no answer I just left the employees having a get together talking ignoring customers need fired. Do NOT use ur ATM card here the machine will eat it & they won’t help you! They’ll tell you your card was shredded upon being ate even if it’s metal lolol then make excuse saying the ATM ppl take what’s left?! SHADY. Their review says it all (it’s not a call center) lol then why they have a phone? THAT LITERALLY SHOWS THEIR ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS 👀👀👀👀
Response from the ownerHi Ashley. We apologize for the experience and appreciate your feedback. Please note, our financial center associates will try to answer any calls they receive to the best of their ability. As this is a financial center (not a call center), our associates may be assisting customer who are currently at the center. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you for also making us aware that the ATM needs maintenance. We will request maintenance for it. Stacey Walton5It's been a long time since I had a bank account. It was awkward...the gal was very kind. Pretty sure she was the branch manager. I'm old school. I never Did on line banking or a anything like that. I never had a debit card either. Today I got insurance for my car online. By myself! But I had to drive to the bank to get routing number and a check number. The teller was very kind and patient while I re did some of it to get to where I needed bank information.

Zamrock2501Terrible customer service all around for the bank. I'm sure the people are nice, but it takes at least 10 minutes to get to an associate over the phone. The bank removed all of their locations in the town I am in. We had several adsociates lie to us and say that all of the ATMs would be left. They weren't, and now getting our accounts canceled is a mess. They were supposed to send our money in a check in the mail but it had been a week two weeks already without a check. I wouldn't recommend this bank.

Nichole Heavenly1This bank is terrible, the staff is extremely rude and are always looking for a way to send you out the door so they can be lazy and not help you. They close for no apparent reason all the time. I was trying to go in so I can post my rent to my landlord acct. When a mortgage is due I can't just randomly close myself down for business to avoid payment. So why as a bank can they just be closed on random days at random times whenever they feel like it

Mo Aziz1This location sucks! There's always a long line. The teller's are rude. They don't seem to know how to do their job. I ordered two replacement cards from this branch and never received them. Do yourself a favor and drive an extra 5 minutes to one of the nearby branches. You'll be glad that you did.

Crystal Carlson2Customer service is hit and miss. The black lady with the short hair and glasses is crazy rude. You would think that knowing this location is so busy all the time, they would hire more staff. Be prepared for a 10+ minute wait. Might as well just pass up this location all together

Laurie Bishr3One of the perks of having a bank with a physical location is a notary service. There were at least 6 visible staff members and not a single one to provide notary? The staff members were kind, and named off a number of locations that "should" have a notary available. There's no way to call the bank directly to find out. So here I am, during a pandemic, driving all over thr metro, for a notary. Unhappy 20 year, BofA banker today.

Derek Hoffman1This place is disgusting and the tellers are crazy rude. Although my impression isn't that the tellers are necessarily bad workers, but instead the management is probably just awful making them hate life. I mean, BOA is awful in any capacity, but holy smokes, this must be the training center on how to become worse at your job.
