  Esther is such a warm person. She saw I was waiting a bit long for my appointment, so she gave me some advice that help save money. Recommend to book appointment with them. Much easier to get a same-week time slot than other branches. Solid service and very professional.

  I love the people who work there. Xiomara has been a teller there many years, and is very poliet and inviting. The Reggie is beyond is the best, management has to offer. He listens knows it all, and is very understanding . He always greets me by my name. They are the reason I bank at this branch.

  Super nice and fast services!! I've done all of things in 15 minutes. Especially thanks to "Esther Kim". She helped me and my husband far beyond our expectations.

  Regi Smith is THE BEST! My wife and I have been going there for the past three years, and it is always a pleasure to have Regi take care of our issues. He does get things done, every time. We used to go to the BOA at the Northgate Mall; which used to be pretty good. But after Covid, that one has deteriorated to the point that the service (if you can call that service) offered is unusable. Regi to the rescue at this branch!

  You can find it as soon as you get out of Road 50. It's a good location. Employees are always ready to help. Work is fast, so you can solve the problem right away without having to wait. In particular, there is a branch manager who can speak Korean, so it can be very helpful if you are Korean. Branch manager Ester Kim is very kind and professional at work. I highly recommend this branch.

  Even though they are short staff the are always happy and friendly. And they are always ready to help. Love this bank you should definitely come to this bank.

  This is one of the slowest Bank of Americas in this area. Unfortunately, the other locations are quite the distance away. They've been operating with one teller for the last few days now, which is a part of the reason why they're super slow. It may be beneficial for this location to hire another two tellers to provide fast and efficient services. Especially, since they are providing banking for an entire neighborhood verses a block of people. It may be worth it to drive the distance to receive faster service.

  Slow service, no service. I went to this location to talk to a mortgage officer and open a line of credit. Was told no one was available and I needed to make an appointment for another day. Went down the street to my credit union where I was treated like a valuable customer and got the help and guidance I needed. I will be transferring my money out of Bank of America.

  This could possibly be the WORST bank branch in America. 1. Most times only one bank teller which creates long unwanted lines. 2. No drive through. Which is completely ridiculous. 3. Inconsistent policies 4. A bunch of employees just sitting around in empty offices staring @ a line of people trying to deposit money on their lunch break. 5. Open 9am to 4pm? Great Way to serve your customers who have normal jobs. Don’t Go Here For Any Reason!

  Extremely unprofessional service. Starting from the representative to the Manager , no one is courteous and don’t know the process.To open the safe deposit box,they didn’t help me to check in and asked me to wait until I went back and asked them to help.l after 45 minutes.Again they asked me to wait in the line to get checked in.The security person had to come over multiple times and asked them to help me since I was pregnant and had been waiting for an hour .The manager was sitting in his room through out and then finally decided to check me in which he could have done an hour before. He didn’t even have the courtesy to ask me to sit and have me the excuse that the day was busy through out. Being busy and knowing the process are two different topics. Extremely disappointed with the service . High time to replace the existing people and keep professional people who knows the process.
