  I just have a quick question am I able to cash a check..it seems a lot of your branches are closed ..only reason why I’m going with u guys it’s because the check is a Bank of America check and I’m having trouble cashing it ..I’m really frustrated and I’m hoping I can come in tomorrow

  You call and have questions and A RUDE BANKER hangs up on you when you ask a simple question thank god this is not my bank will never go to Bank of America and to this location sorry but not sorry get a better job if you don’t have customer service

  10 windows, 3 tellers, 20 people in line. Yeah be prepared to be standing there for 15 minutes to make a deposit. Went around 3pm so afternoon time maybe the slowest who knows.

  You guys seriously need to hire more people. More than AN HOUR in line on a Wednesday is absolutely ridiculous. It’s not like BOA is broke.

  Lines are always ridiculously long due to it only being 2-3 tellers everytime I go. Service is ok but if you are in a rush I don't advise you to stop here.

  Day 2 trying to cash a check, in line for thirty minutes both times only 5 people in front of me, only one teller working while another is doing nothing had my sick child coughing his lungs out and no one batted an eye. Worst customer service.

  No cash at the ATMs, on was down, and a super long car wait for the drive thru ATMs.. is anyone at Bank Of America reading these reviews this location has the worst reviews absolute Garbage..

  Cristina is horrible, with employees like this it makes me want to tell everyone I know to close their bank account and go to another bank. She is the worst person I have ever dealt with at Bank of America.
