  Shaundra is the best❣️ The whole staff is friendly and courteous. Would rate more stars if I could. Have setup an account for three of the four of my children so far and fourth will be soon.Would also recommend to anyone anf everyone!!!

  I was there for 45 minutes waiting to open an account. The only person (Rosa) who can help me to open an account was busy with a customer. I saw many employees there, but nobody was able to help me. I just left, I'll try tomorrow again, I hope tomorrow somebody can help me. Today Wednesday August 12th 2015 I went to the bank and the service was amazing. I want to recognize Shaunda Edwards and David Lopez. They have an amazing customer service skills. I open an account and I'm so happy with the services. Thanks to make the difference guys!

  Schools first has been so great to us. Its first time we have ever banked with a credit union . I will never go back to a regular bank again and have no plans to leave Schools First. The staff is always very friendly as well as very helpful of our needs.

  Shaunda, Congratulations on becoming the Branch Manager. We haven't been in the Lancaster Branch otherwise I would of noticed your promotion & congratulated you personally. You've reassured us & our co-workers to stay with the Credit Union, no matter who's name was on the door. That we will always get the same great service.   This has been by far the best bank institution I’ve ever had ! Very polite people , they help school employees 100 percent ! Great rates , short lines , great bank! Been with them for 3 years now , never going anywhere else !
