  They should be open more hours. 4:00pm is not right for people with a working schedule. Definitely need to consider open more hours.

  1 hour to get to the teller , incredible how they always have long lines and don't do anything to improve

  There is always a long line! One teller, 2 if you get lucky. Also, why do none of your banks offer a temporary cards?! The door says the hours on Friday are through 6pm. At least fix your sign if you're going to w closing whenever y'all want!!!! Hours: who knows?!

  For the amount of traffic that they have at this location they can afford to hire more tellers. The young lady working in the front was very helpful but the wait time was too long. I used the automated system with a live teller and it took me two minutes. Now I've been calling the location all day to see if they found my license and there is no answer..... They need to hire more people..

  Handicapped and you closed Bank on pinemont now this bank only 1 teller plus sheild in front of window too small for rollator walker i use to get through.there is a lot needs to correct service at this location.takes too long for service here

  They no longer have a drive-thru service it's all ATMs out on the side for the drive-thru and they don't even have the teller assist drive-thru ATM any longer either so I was very disappointed in that

  Experience on May 7, 2018 ( Monday): - No change available (Quarters , pennies etc.) for business. Had to wait in the line for 25 minutes to learn that no change is available! It was informed that the 'shipment' is yet to arrive! - Customers were turned down with Notary request as the employee with Notary authorization was not aware that her Notary authorization expired! This is a busy branch and I believe more efficient and professional management is required in this Branch in order to support t he businesses more efficiently.

  Bank of America in general is not a great banking institution. All branches should operate the same but do not. They don’t even have the same procedures on deposits. This one you don’t get a receipt while the one on Kuykendahl provers one. I guess they don’t take pride in their parking lot. Broken window glass everywhere.

  This is the worst bank of america every time I have to do something in dare . The lane is so slow . And the manager is a Mexican guy but racist with your own people
