  This bank is NEVER Open. I do not know why they just don't close this bank. No bank should ever be closed on a Saturday, even if it is limited hours. I have been a Bank of America customer for decades but have been seriously thinking about changing banks. The people at the Bank of Princeton are so nice. I need to go into the bank sometimes and the last few times I attempted to do that...I walked up to a locked door. Close this branch if you cannot service your customers.

  Incompetency is rife - no wonder this place has terrible ratings. Walked in to do an important wire - no one bothered to help. Person had 15 minutes before last appointment and refused to help. Manager was out on extended lunch

  This is the worst bank branch of Bank of America has. The manager is useless and the tellers don’t know what they’re doing or talking about. The only reason I go to this bank is because it’s the last one that stays open late on Saturday around my area. If you have time to waste and be treated like if you haven’t been a 20 year old customer stay away because they could care less about your business.

  I had contact with two different staff members so far. The staff is friendly, but just has no idea what they are doing. They have very cumbersome processes and difficulties understanding simple requests. It can be frustrating to deal with them.
