Worst service that they can provide, my appointment was at 12:30 PM and surprisingly when I arrived they said to wait as the one who can help went out for lunch so they don’t know when will she be back 😳😳.. they weren’t sorry about it and just said you can either reschedule or wait for agent to come

One of the worst branch of TD. The banker I had a conversation today gave me false information about my account and refused to check it again. I simply went to the other branche of TD and they were more than happy to help me. Avoid this branch if you could.

Today I felt incredibly disappointed by the customer service I received at the branch. The bank teller was clearly new and inexperienced, because the way he handled my currency exchange was with little to no discretion. The teller openly discussed the balance on my checking account aloud and with other tellers - which was highly unprofessional and irrelevant. Clients are sensitive about their account information and in this situation I wasn't even using my account for the currency exchange - so it shouldn't have been an issue or topic of discussion. Additionally, he waved around my euros without handing them to me in an envelope, as is courtesy - and again disclosed loudly the amount of euros I was buying with other tellers, mentioning that it was more than what was presently in my account.

The worst customer service ive experienced in some time. No one should be accused of fraud by a supervisor only for it to be cleared up by a manager. Avoid this branch and if you have to go there - avoid Jeff

High turnover. They keep changing staff. Tellers are super and nice and does their job well. The new advisers are hit and miss. Some knows how to do things while others needs more training. Please smile from time to time and be sympathetic to your clients. New manager just stays in her new office. I might just drive 20 mins to a TD Bank where all the old staff went cause they were so nice and knowledgeable.

Continue to be disappointed with this branch. ATMs always seem to be out of service at key times...Monday mornings, Friday afternoons... and no one there to aptly address. Their Teller times online during COVID have never accurately reflected their actual working times -- now 3 times I have pulled up during the week between 1-2pm only to find that they are closed:( I keep hoping for better here, but they can't seem to get it right. Better communication is the key to so much....

When they are open, they are ok but slow. However, they close without warning or explanation for days with small signs saying "this store is closed; sorry for the inconvenience" with no word of when they will open. This has happened to me on two separate occasions, and I got no where calling the customer service number they left to call. Infuriating. Certainly NOT the top rated customer care in the country. Rates lower than Bank of America so far as I am concerned.

Seriously the worst TD I have ever been too. Went into lobby to do a simple checking withdrawal, and no one was at the front counter. After waiting 5 mins and not being greeted by anyone, I went over to a CSR who did not have a customer and asked if she could give me a withdrawal slip. She looked annoyed that I bothered her. After waiting in line for another 5-10 mins, no one came to help me so I left. No wonder this TD has 2 stars.

I’ve been given a fake $100 bill on a Thursday morning last year. They got the money from the back side (some older Indian lady supposedly was the branch manager I think) and money was in an envelope including the fake bill. When I realized later in the day, I contacted the branch about it and they said they will resolve the issue which was obviously bs. So I asked them if they used the counter machine before giving it to me and they said it would take time to do so they used their hands to count money - imagine their excuse was using money counter is a time consumption when they hand out money. Disgusting!!!

Worst TD Bank I've ever been to. There were three client services people at their desks and one teller and yet I still had to wait 20 minutes before one of the associates was "free to help me". Only then did she act as if I interrupted her lunch break and acted as if my request was nearly impossible to fulfill. All I was trying to do was convert GBP back to USD. And of course as soon as she FINALLY asked me to come to her desk did her computer have "massive system issues that could take quite a while to resolve". This is the third time I've tried to do something there and there was a "system error" that rendered them unable to perform any basic functions. No apology, no attempt to solve the problem. There's a reason I go to the TD that's twice as far away from me. This one is absolute GARBAGE.
