Sue Jones1This is by far the slowest Bank of America in town. The line is always long. Not because of an overwhelming amount of customers. The tellers are very slow and take forever with each customer. There are a few that are good, but a majority have zero sense of urgency. Which leads to a long line. Pair that with only 1 or 2 working at a time. It’s a disaster. This locations needs more people or improved training for some of these tellers.

Briseyda Amador1If I could leave 0 stars I would. Claims to be for the community but is not. My Hispanic father received terrible customer service at this bank by another Hispanic female. He was inquiring about a loan and was disrespected. Will be sharing the story about this experience with the local news as I’ve done interviews with them. Yuck do better.

Charles Reed1Me and my girlfriend went in on December 13th an talked to a lady and opened a account which we deposited my girlfriends life insurance check from Canada. And they said it was going to take 30 days to clear. Yesterday we called up the customer service number and finally got a hold of someone at another store because we couldn't ever get ahold of a person at this location. And the lady said that there is no check that was deposited?? Thank God I still kept the paper they gave us a month ago when we opened the account. And I will be calling the place that issued the check to see if they got the money yet I'm having to do there jobs I guess I should have went to a better bank that could at least answer the phone an give my girlfriend and I some answers.

Maegen Bright1Very rude disrespectful and just assumed something was wrong with the checks we we're cashing. They have you waiting for 45 minutes then tell you no!?! Seriously the worst place. Went to Norman and had absolutely no problems at all!!!

Regina Gorzik3Was waiting in line over 10 minutes & a lady comes in behind me and instead of helping the people that were waiting, the teller called this lady up because I guess she had left but they were helping other customers before she came back. Finish the line waiting & then you can Complete her transaction!!!!!!!! It makes no sense to me!! I only come here because I have to for work but this is another reason why I haven't switched from my bank to this one!!

Jacob Mercer1I was one of 15 people standing outside in the cold waiting for them to open. We all watched as the employees walked around inside even coming up to the doors at one point only to turn around and walk off. They opened 20 minutes late with no explanation.

Jonathan Gallozo1Worst service ever. Always understaffed, a visit will take you more than an hour, if the banks is even open... They tend to close super early or not open at all some days. Dont open an account here!

Carrie Judd1They never have enough help. I'm standing in line to make a commercial deposit at this very moment. There is ONE teller and TEN customers in line! Management stands around and ignores it ALL! This is absolutely the slowest, worst location. People with jobs can't stand in line for an hour waiting on change and a deposit! AWFUL!!!!

jerry webster1One banker! Management knows it will be busy at this time every day. 12 people in line, 2 managers at the desk in the corner. Why is it so hard to have a reasonable amount of staff on duty. This bank does not care about its customers time. Avoid BOA if at all possible... Or plan on wasting allot of time...
