  Lady at the front counter has told me multiple times incorrect information only to turn around and ask someone that knows what they’re doing what the actual policies are. Then to find out I’m right and she’s not trained whatsoever it seems like. She’s been here a while and has no idea what she’s doing. Not very reassuring for someone that’s handling peoples finances. Very unprofessional. That reflects on management as well that they allow someone so impulsive and mislead to work here at all. Don’t be sorry that I didn’t receive 5 star rating. Do your jobs and train your staff and don’t let them speak and show their ignorance on a daily basis. This happened again today at 1145 am and has happened twice before I’ve dealt with the same person and same problem.

  I open my checking account 10 years ago and I always have a great experience with their customer service.....everyone is so helpful I will recommend First Fidelity at Capital Hill fot they are the Best in Oklahoma ..Thank you Marissa for the help and wonderful job you and your team have been doing all of this years.

  This bank is full of unprofessional staff. Feels like they got trained by a 5 year old. If you can try and stay away from them. They will mess up your accounts and loans.

  The bank is nice and the staff is generous(most of the time) but the drive thru atm is always out of order. For being a newly built bank with brand new equipment you’d expect the atm not to be out of order 28 days out of the month. .

  This is the BEST Bank around. The team here goes above and beyond to make your experience great every time! I am Car Dealer and deal with banks all over the metro and FFB on 29th stands above them all! Couldn't be happier to call them my Bank!

  Never heard of a bank not doing cash advance, I asked the girl to double check and very sarcastically asked me to checked what? Their policy? No customer service whats however!!!

  Every bank I have ever been in, looks pretty much the same. Plus they all perform the same functions. You give them money, they use it to make loans. You buy a certificate of deposit, they sell mortgages. It's all about the interest. They pay you a little, but charge you a lot.

  This particular location is absolutely horrible with wait times. Try to avoid the drive thru if at all possible unless you like to hang out in your car and watch others who arrived after you did to be done before you. Its now been 20 mins ive been sitting in the drive thru and there were only two cars in front of me.. how ridiculous. Love the bank tho just not this branch location.

During this pandemic, we've closed our lobbies in order to protect our customers and employees, so our drive-thrus may be experiencing heavier traffic than usual.   Terrible bank and worse customer service. Could not successfully open a child’s savings account and was given no valid or concrete reason for being rejected after abiding by all bank’s requests for documentation. Horrible experience. Do not recommend!

  I've never had a problem with this location, im usually only depositing money though. I guess they don't have to be as thorough
