The Branch Manager has never waived a fee nor will she ever, well Moriany that's the best way to not rerain clients. I'm grateful I don't run my regions like that. Were client focused and not going bother our clients for $8.00 when your a billion dollar company stealing from the small poor folks but hey if we all worked for BOFA we could also afford the gas prices.

Excellent customer service, new Manager (Marleny) is amazing. She took care of my problem immediately (a problem that took two visits to Petaluma and they could not help me), she demonstrated exceptional knowledge and was extremely professional. Additionally, she took the time to follow up with me to make sure things are well. Kudos to the new management and team at BofA Rohnert Park

      Response from the owner

Hello, Brendan. Thanks for letting us know how helpful Marleny was during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. ^jahel

It's nice to know that I made the right choice to never bank at BOFA again continues to be the right choice! The Rhonert Park Branch Manager Marleny keeps up w/BOFAs condescending and terse tone, I do appreciate the lesson on other options besides checks! Who nee there were other options, I pass that on to your client who wrote the check Marleny. If you need a good bank choose HSBC for foreign transactions/ Capital One for US and Exchange Bank for local they have been the best bet for me!

I was inline for 25 minutes already and lady came in, no mask... I called over to remind her to put one on. The bank manager came running out and asked me to leave!!! I said I did nothing wrong and she shouted on top of her voice." Everyone evacuate now!" I looked around thinking there was a bomber. What she said was I was the cause!!!! I am a state public health nurse and I think this branch manager was sick and needed to to fired!!! I left confused and angry. She is still working at the Rohnert Park Bank!!! BofA is sick and needs to be fired too!

Extremely unhelpful workers at this bank. I called the bank repeatedly for an hour with no answer. Then when I went and waited in line, I tried calling again to see what happens when they receive phone calls, and the phones did not even ring! They must take the phones off the hook when they get "too busy". Moreover, there were only about 3 other customers in the bank, more than 2 hours left until closing, and they still said they could not squeeze me in to get a temporary debit card. Which takes about 10 minutes. I told them I didn't mind waiting, since they had been keeping me waiting anyways with only two tellers working, despite four being behind the counter. I told them I absolutely needed it by today but that made no difference and now they've screwed me over. I'm going to change banks, this is just wrong service.

Typical bank of america. Friendly customer service and lines go pretty quick. The drive thru ATM's are also fine when you just gotta do a quick deposit or withdrawal

      Response from the owner

Asian teller discriminates. She raised her voice when I asked her to reprint a transaction. No basic manners. No patience. She lucky i didn’t see her name. Anyways, not coming back.

OK, my grandma is 91 years old and about 10 years ago maybe even longer she opened up a safe deposit box at that Rohnert Park location since then we have activated her trust and I went in to BofA to close out that safe deposit box and collect the belongings from inside. I should say right off the bat that my grandma was on a very high oxygen level and we only had one canister with us so time was of the essence. After waiting over 45 minutes to talk to one of the representatives the gentleman I spoke to by the name of Christopher D. Lopez which I don’t believe he is even employed at that location any longer looked at my paperwork and her account and said sorry this isn’t enough to give you permission in. I had to pry the information out of him to find out exactly why he felt that way and still laughed a bit confused. He sat in his chair with a very nonchalant look on his face heavy saying and wouldn’t elaborate on why and what I needed to do to rectify the situation. Just recently I went back in to that branch and the two people I spoke to were absolutely fabulous he told me what I needed to do and by when so all parties were satisfied with the outcome. I told them about my experience with Mr. Lopez and both of them Apologized profusely and all of us walked away feeling satisfied. I wish I would have made the call to tell somebody what happened when I went in the first time. I may have saved other people the trouble of dealing with that man.

The management at this branch is terrible. Been going here for years and idk why really...EVERY time I go in there's 2 tellers and a long line. After a holiday, the anticipated crowd is still met by the same staff numbers and lines are all the way to the door. Why not schedule more tellers for these days you foresee a crowd?! The poor tellers take the brunt while the suits sit at their desks and pretend look busy. I've had enough of the lackluster customer service so I'm switching banks. My husband never has any issues at his bank. Kicking myself for not doing it sooner.
