  I have never been more concerned about a bank with my money as I am right now with Bank of America! Closed yesterday two different branches and gave me a hassle at the third branch when I needed to speak to a personal banker!

  This bank is pathetic. I have been doing the same routine every time I have came in and now the female that "welcome" you caught and attitude. Been banking with BofA for years. But that attitude makes me never wanna bank again. But I definitely will not be back to this location

  Customer service was kind of lacking. I attribute it to being understaffed. Other than that it was pretty nice.

  The manager here just doesn’t get it. The rest of the staff is genuinely nice, but they are constantly understaffed and the manager can never seem to be of any help. As a whole B of A is solid, but this location is less so.

  30 people in line and just one teller I think that pretty much sums it up! Manager walking around instead of helping clear traffic!

  Only 1 teller window open on a busy Friday, several other employees look like they're enjoying a slow day doing nothing. This is common here.

  It's Friday and the first of the month and they only 2 bank tellers. 2 managers walking around but can't help bring the line down. I'm really thinking about bank somewhere else.

  Get more tellers and extend your hours. Having an employee hovering over everyone waiting in line is useless, put her behind the damn glass.

  Friday afternoon ..one teller working as the line grows towards the door. One teller on a friday afternoon. People have walked out as they are tired of waitng. Smh
