  This is the worst location I've ever been to. Avoid at all costs. Find another one if you can. Rudest employees I've had the displeasure to deal with in a very long time.

  I am currently standing in line with one teller assisting a line of 10 people! With a greeter that is doing absolutely nothing and two other workers behind the glass on computers. I've been here for about 15 min with only two customers ahead of me. This "bank" needs employees that are helpful and considerate of peoples times!

  Got to the branch at 3:27. I noticed an unusually long line at the ATM machines. I reached to open the door and discovered that the branch was closed. No reason why, just because. No note on the door as to why. No referral to the closest "open" branch; just closed.

  Staff are not happy and it’s clearly evident. The telllers have major attitude, and the supervisor behind the counter needs to be fired. She’s in the wrong position. Absolutely inconsiderate and clearly doesn’t put the client first. I’m done with b of a after today.

  The lady’s here are extremely rude! So much attitude and apart from that they didn’t want to give me change. I asked for ones cause I needed change for the store and she said I can give you a 100 dollar bill and when I said no I needed change for the store she rolled her eyes at he and told me to wait the .

  I'm in here now and the service is horrible. Long lines and only 2 tellers working while other bankers are roaming around chit chatting.
