      Poor Customer Service. Bank of America is proving that they wanna do away with the Bank teller’s I was in line over 20 minutes to try and cash a check while the useless greater was trying to get me and others to use the ATM instead. I suggested to this person to go back behind the counter and help out the poor 2 tellers that were overwhelmed and trying there best but greeted but frustrated customers by the lack of Customer Service from Bank of America's new strategy of trying to eliminate the personal teller.

      If you're looking to get a good banking experience, this is not the place for you. There seems to be a lack of understanding of what customer service means in this location. Perhaps it's upper management that is the root of the problem. No one seems to care about the their clients nor does anyone take action when there is a long line of customers waiting to be served. Instead, you may see two associates at the front, who I suppose are there to greet and assist clients, just talk with each other. I feel bad for the tellers as they end up getting to hear it from disgruntled customers due to the wait time. Please BofA, have your district manager look into this location and make some changes.

      Came here a few times last month and it always seems to have a line of people waiting for tellers. They have 4 windows and only 1 or 2 windows open always. BOA can’t even staff 4 tellers. This place really needs a zero star but can’t apply a zero. One star is the lowest. Looking for a new bank. Already changed my mortgage from here. Another customer was in line and he said citi bank still has tellers. I do have a credit card from citi bank. Got to look into it when I have time. Good luck

      Worst bank ever! They don’t respond to emails and never answer the phone. Horrible customer service. Our PTA account has been with this bank since the 60’s. We are closing it and changing banks.

      I have called 4 times a day for 3 days. All different times and this bank never answers. They need to make time for phone calls as well. Customers that call are just important as customers that walk in. I know there is other banks but this location is the closes one to me and I have been going for years and I never am satisfied when I have to call. It's only a simple question and I can't believe it's taking so long for Bank of America to get back to me. No appreciation for customers and also doesn't make me feel welcome or safe about my money if people can't even be trained to answer a phone call.

      The BofA location is perfect for my needs. This Bank location has a drive through double ATM. The lobby has both traditional ATM and the live tellers. This works great because a person can withdraw a large sum of money without standing at a teller window. The parking lot is large and always has space available. The area seems safe. The location is accessible through El Camino Or Highway 280.

      Will never come here again. 12 people in line but only one teller. Another teller walked over and I thought she is going to open up. But that didn't happen, she just replaced the first one. 30 minutes later I'm still three people away. Everyone needs to be fired. Worst

      This bank is very very bed service I came here 3 times no body going to help from my account fraud $ 4000 Thought dollar and supervisor sadi we not going to help with that u have to contact fraud department but I don't no how, because my money going from bank of america account plz guys don't believe this Bank of America this is not going to help anybody else that's why I'm going to give one star

      13 people in line, two tellers working, two teller stalls unstaffed. Management should hire to adequately staff this location, such a waste of time.
