  Mortgage Connection helped me secure a home in California while I was living overseas in Australia.   Derek helped with out with all my loans when I purchased my properties and it was fast n easy. He also helped out my other friends to get a lower rate for refinance. He is easy going and wont pressure you into anything like other places my other friends went to.

  Pretty special situation here. I was buying a condo as an investment property in an HOA that has an owner occupancy ratio LESS than the ratio required by Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. In other words, I would not be able to get a loan from your "conventional" lenders like BoA, Union Bank, etc. To most folks out there, this would've been a lost case already. However, Derek, who was leading my case, was able leverage his contacts and experience gained in the past couple decades and work out a loan at a very good interest rate. Anything is possible!

  I want to say a big thank you for your help in the last mortgage application process. This is definitely not the first time you help me out but I will say it was the most difficult one to get through for various reasons. And I think that is what differentiate a ordinary loan agent and a best one. The fact that you understand deeply how the lenders look at applications and you prepare in advance many documents to facilitate the process really makes the whole thing feel simple. I know you did a lot more behind the scene while I am just easily click through the docusign. Thank you very much for guiding me through this. I know I can rely on you and I am glad I did.
