  I have been using this bank for about 10 years Soo overall is a ok but I Know in the past there were doing bad business with the overdraft fee. They no longer offer chfa program. Customer service is good usually Leslie take care of my stuff.

  Very unprofessional I’ve been in East Haven for 30 years today will be the last time I ever set foot in there very unprofessional they refused to notarize my letter I am a customer I was in there at 11:15 and they close at 12 they told me they couldn’t notarize me but a guy and his son walked in to open a new bank account and they said take a Seat will be right with you I mean At the end of the day Even if you make minimum wage and you’re not happy with yourself you need to understand how to treat your customers :)

  Poor customer service due to policies that are unavailable to any customer who walks in the door. I went to cash 2 small checks, both drawn on Bank of America and they would only cash 1 because of "manager's discretion", which means they can refuse service to anyone who comes in their door. I went to my local Peoples United Bank to ask why this would happen, and was told they would have had absolutely no problem cashing these, even without an account. Bank of America is a joke, great sales pitch; open an account to cash checks. Would recommend going to any other local bank or credit union.

  Very bad attention I went with a friend to open a bank account I had my documents and a lady came out and told us that we could not open the bank account for me she is a racist person that is really bad 👎
