  I would like to thank Dany the consultant for his excellent service! He helped me to open an account. He understands Ukrainian and speaks russian. I'm glad my first experience with a bank in US was here.

  Staff was great...unfortunately I cannot talk with the nice lady that set up my account. I had a second checking account with Bank of America and made a few purchases a month & kept a decent size balance ($2500-$3000). After a year, they offered a credit card and I used it regularly and always made big payments... I just received a reward in the mail from my points (added up quickly) in the middle of April BUT I also decided to pay my entire balance. Well, ten days later they closed my credit card & even my checking account !!! I am sure they can live without my business but I set the account up to see if they would be acceptable to switch my business accounts to. Sincerely, if it weren't for covid, I would have by now ( I prefer doing this in person)... again, I doubt Bank of America will be affected by the loss of my two companies but from my point of view, I am very relieved I found out now how rotten they are rather than later...

  They said come on Tuesday and are closed! Completely unacceptable. At least be open a few hours for Customers.

  The staff here is incredible. Always happy always willing to help. Daniel the branch manager is a pleasure to work with and is always willing to take the time.
