  This location makes changes and adds rules that makes absolutely no sense. I open my business account through this location and wasn’t from two weeks back when I brought him some cash that they are no longer able to count my money through the machines same behind every teller location. The implemented this new rule only at this location just so you all know and nowhere else. Supposedly this something to do mid-counting on the machines. Why have tellers who can’t help them! What’s the purposes for having them if I have to count my cash and knowing how much it is, so that tellers don’t make mistakes. Sounds like this location needs some serious training on customer service!

  Tried using the ATMs out front for a deposit but I had too many bills (says it can accept 75 individual bills, but maxed out after 22) so I went to walk inside to deposit with a teller. As I was walking up I saw a teller run up to lock the door right before I got there. It was a couple mins before closing so I get that they were in a hurry to leave, but locking a customer out during business hours without even apologizing is a bad look.

  Alex was soooo helpful when I was setting up my checking account. Answered all of my questions and was super nice. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

  They closed all of the local branches....and when you arrive, they make you walk to the rear entrance....and stand in the sun for 20 minutes and when you get in, you see that they could accomodate all of the people waiting outside, but they don't.....and then they only have 3 tellers to assist customers. Basically B of A is out of the customer business....I will be closing my account after 30 years. Ridiculous.

  Usually, teller lines are short but can get long on paydays and lunch time. Advisors are available, if you have questions. Loan rates aren't the lowest but competitive.

  Why can you no longer call a bank, or a doctors office, or a cable company, or a phone company, or the irs, or the dmv AND NOT GET A REAL PERSON ON THE PHONE HOW DOES A BANK NOT HAVE A PHONE!!!????!!

  probably the worst bank branch in the world. this is my first review ever, but this place pisses me off 9/10 visits. walking into this branch is a reminder of what giving up looks like.

  Amidst pandemic is really hard, This bank is also hard for us, no empathy making us wait under the sun, more risk for the old people’s health , poor service with only 2 tellers for the day
