Naveed Anwar1This location makes changes and adds rules that makes absolutely no sense. I open my business account through this location and wasn’t from two weeks back when I brought him some cash that they are no longer able to count my money through the machines same behind every teller location. The implemented this new rule only at this location just so you all know and nowhere else. Supposedly this something to do mid-counting on the machines. Why have tellers who can’t help them! What’s the purposes for having them if I have to count my cash and knowing how much it is, so that tellers don’t make mistakes. Sounds like this location needs some serious training on customer service!

michael whittier1Tried using the ATMs out front for a deposit but I had too many bills (says it can accept 75 individual bills, but maxed out after 22) so I went to walk inside to deposit with a teller. As I was walking up I saw a teller run up to lock the door right before I got there. It was a couple mins before closing so I get that they were in a hurry to leave, but locking a customer out during business hours without even apologizing is a bad look.

Dennis Sein1They closed all of the local branches....and when you arrive, they make you walk to the rear entrance....and stand in the sun for 20 minutes and when you get in, you see that they could accomodate all of the people waiting outside, but they don't.....and then they only have 3 tellers to assist customers. Basically B of A is out of the customer business....I will be closing my account after 30 years. Ridiculous.

Gary Uchino4Usually, teller lines are short but can get long on paydays and lunch time. Advisors are available, if you have questions. Loan rates aren't the lowest but competitive.
