  I purchased my first property a month ago and the process couldn't have been any smoother due to Jason and his team. It took well over a year for me to find the right property, but Jason was constantly there checking in on me and answering any questions I had along the way. Very knowledgeable and explained the whole process to me in detail which was very helpful, and on top of that was super fast to respond if I ever had a question or needed a pre-approval letter to send an offer ASAP. Excited to continue working with Jason and his team in the future when I decide to purchase my next property!

  My partner and I just purchased our first home and we're so thankful to Jason and his crew, especially Rene, for helping us the entire journey. We really had no idea what we were doing but everyone was so patient and available to answer all of our questions it made the whole process a lot less stressful than we anticipated. They work with what you have and our willing to pay monthly and then fully approve you for that agreed upon amount. We knew our price points and were able to confidently put in offers without the fear that we might not get approved. And honestly as the owner of the company I didn't expect to deal with Jason much if at all, but he was always available if we had any questions and even personally congratulated us once we closed. Again, Jason and his crew are great!!

  I was able to get an awesome deal on my home all thanks to The Gill Group. They fully approved my loan so that when I submitted my offer I did so without a loan contingency and a short escrow, allowing me to compete with cash buyers.   I used the Gill Group when purchasing my second home and I couldn't be happier with the services they provided. They provided me a very hands on approach through the loan application and closing process which was very helpful when compared to the services provided by a typical bank. I had to close a refinance on a home in WA state while closing just days later on a new purchase in San Diego, all while currently living in Florida.   Very knowledgeable and quick! They made the refinance process a breeze! This is our second time using them and it was a great decision! We got an even better loan at a lower price and shorter term. Definitely can’t beat that. One of the main reasons why we went back to Jason was because of the personal touch. He doesn’t treat you like a walking dollar sign, but instead, a friend. Jason offers great advice and knows what he’s doing. We will use them again for any future home loan needs.
