  Went to the BOA at Joliet to make a cash deposit and was turned away because the only cashier that showed up went to lunch. Very disappointed, one of the biggest banks in America and no cashier to take care of its customers. Will be looking at other competitors to make a change. It's time to break away from the big corporations and go local!

  Been using Bank of America for all of my adult life and this hands down is the worst location. No type of common courtesy nor are they helpful.

  I GIVE NO STARS ,I DEPOSITED A CHECK FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY, IT GETS NO BETTER THAN THAT ,PUT A HOLD ON IT FOR NINE DAYS CHECK CLEARED NEXT DAY WON'T RELEASE ANY OF THE MONEY. I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL I EXPOSE BOA ..

  The drive thru has been eliminated at this location with the exception of the two ATM lanes. The staff inside is generally very nice and helpful. It is essential that you make an appointment online or via telephone if you are going to the bank for anything non routine. I. E. Open a new account, set up an IRA, etc.

  Disappointing that the branch closes at 4pm weekdays, because the ATM's are frequently down or being serviced. One Saturday, one ATM was being refilled, and the line of cars stretched all the way across the parking lot and onto Midland Ave. Very frustrating, especially because you will be charged a fee for using anything other than a Bank of America ATM at a Bank of America location.

  If I could give 0 stars I WOULD! Seriously HATE banking with this company. Not sure if it’s all locations or just this one, but I’m ALWAYS waiting on something or someone! You schedule an appointment and they STILL have a long wait! Chase is NEVER like this I could walk in and be taken care of right away!! Will definitely be closing my accounts here! On top of that they are RUDE.. get it together people!

  If I could write a review lower than one star, I would. No drive up tellers.....don't open until nine. I tried to call but you can't even talk to a person.....it gives you the option BUT if the line is busy...it simply says sorry and disconnects you......................and it's always busy. Can't even mention on the website that it had no drive up tellers, so going to the website for some general information is freaking impossible.

  This is the worst branch I have ever dealt with the employees inside scrutinize every aspect of your check and even though you come in there at least two times a week they still give you problems if the signature is not a exact match they wont cash your check I'm not sure if it's a racial thing or if they have nothing else better the fact that they know who you are but still find reasons not to cash your check but they tell you that its standard procedure But i was in line with 6 other people and i am the only one that they checked the signature on my paycheck

  Worst banking institution ever. Never had so many problems using my own account! You have to jump thru hoops to do simple things like get your PIN number or enrolling online banking. I opened the account and within a week I'm closing the account because of all the problems I'm having

  This branch has the longest waits and the most inconsiderate customer service. I past this location and drive an additional 10 minutes to get a better customer service at another location.
