C Sheridan5The mortgage loan department was patient, caring, detail orientated and worked personally with us every step of the way. New construction is hard to time out the closing but the officers at ABRI made sure all the paperwork was lined up as needed. They were upfront with how the process was progressing and if they anticipated any bumps in the road. We were told the best way to handle those bumps and move forward. Thank you to the team. Jeff Mc Garvey1Don't trust these people with your money, they don't know what they're doing. I had a loan with them with auto-pay and for whatever reason their system stopped processing it and they said I was behind. This dinged my credit and after both disputes with TransUnion and Experian I'm still stuck with it.

Francisco Reyes1You're fine as long as you have money in the bank, but God forbid that you have a NSF. Their animal instinct comes out. I had a NSF for $1 and was charged $31. First they said yes that they would honor it, then called me back to say that they would not honor it. Wow could you imagine decisions made in that bank.

Danielle Williams1I felt like I was discriminated against because of the color of my skin the woman who was suppose to be helping us acted as if she didn’t even want to help us at all she was looking for every opportunity to not open an account I will take my business elsewhere they aren’t the only credit union on the area.
