Pamela Jacobazzi1Today 5.5.2022 for over a month-and-a-half there is no drive through and you have to go inside and wait during long lines and usually only one teller to help you. Waiting for a part over a month and a half seems really ridiculous. Disappointed in only having one teller to do the inside customers and the outside drive-thrus. Had to wait a bit and ring the Buzzard for somebody to help me. Need more help here. Saturday 3.5.2022. Same problem. Nobody able to help you lying all the way around the corner outside drive-thru and inside is even worse math. They don't care about their clients. And take their time helping you.

Gaby Mendez1Very terrible customer service!! The lady there was asking for unnecessary information when I was trying to get a cashier check. Have never been asked for more than an ID and pin number but this lady was being very rude and refused to attend me because i didn’t have multiple forms of ID on me. She was not hearing me out and worked very slow extremely rude. Normal people don’t carry their ssn and birth certificate with them everywhere. Would rather bank with someone else

You don’t treat customers like that. Worse experience ever. Be alive it or not but it’s my first bad review in my life …. I had to share it. Go to other location if you can…. This one is just horrible

Cassandra Figueroa1Initial experience was great. The following day they closed our accounts without anyone reaching out. Took ALL our money without notifying us. They claim it was fraud. I have worked in banking and I know if there’s a fraud issue the banker is notified through the system when opening the account. Completely unprofessional. Waste of time and energy. Beware!

Konrad Borodziuk3Employees are fine. Nothing exceptional but good enough. However bank need more tellers(usually 2 including drive thru) and definitely a better system. Employees are walking around greeting people etc. when the line is 7-8 people. Get rid of 3-4 greeters and hire more tellers instead Usually at least 30min there

Unwana Akpabio1Worst customer service and very unfriendly staff. They stood talking to each other while the was a queue of customers waiting. I walked up to speak to one about who can assist with opening an account and she gave me a "you are disturbing our discussion" tone. Had a rude facial expressions, and simply told me to go sit down and she continued her discussion. Kept me waiting for long afterwards said they couldn't help cause I didn't have an appointment to open an account. First impression matters. Never stepping into any BOA bank again. I'll stick with chase.

chia lun chan5As a new immigrant, I haven’t got my SSN because of the covid19 situation, everything is delayed . I have Citibank account from my home country, so I went there first, their website was terrible, the booking system just didn’t work at all, and they seem never pick up their phone., and also, rejected me for not having SSN. Chase was the second bank I went, although they said I could have an account without SSN, BUT they didn’t recognize mailing letter from US citizen and Immigration Service as a prove of resident, only accept mail from social security office and utilities, mortgage. Well, kind of rigid. Finally, luckily, I went to BOA. They are being nice and passionated. A woman there (I don’t have her name) helped me making an appointment right away, and thanks for Veronica, I successfully open an account there. In the process, she explained a lot of detail and taught me what I needed to know, how to use their APP. Overall, if there was ten stars, I would like to give them. 新移民預約後,帶齊證件來就對了,護照、他國信用卡、移民局或社會安全局或帳單(地址證明),成功沒有社安碼順利開戶。

Debra Galasso1I waited in line for 30 minutes at drive thru. Line did not move once. The set up is goofy. One teller open with the line wrapping around thru one lane entrance, so people cannot get thru to ATM. Impatient rude customers beeping at people to move when there is no place to go. I just wasted an hour of my life I can never get back for nothing! Never got to teller so now I have to go back tomorrow for the same abuse! Open 2 lanes for drive thru!! Especially since you closed most of your branches. Beyond stupid!

JTV REVIEWS1We called and closed an account over the phone. Almost three weeks later the account was still open. We went into the local branch to close the account. The branch manager, Brisena tried to tell us that we had to make an appointment to close an account that should have been closed 3 weeks ago. When I asked for her manager's name there was a miraculous cancellation in the schedule and we were able to see someone within 2 minutes. So happy that we will no longer pay maintenance fees, lost card fees, minimum balances etc. Go open an account at 5/3rd bank instead.
