      These people locked the door on your face at 3:50PM when every sign says they are open until 4:00PM disgusting!!!!

      Bank of America de la broad the worst service as 20 person on the line and a single cashier. 😡 very bad service I do not recommend

      Here’s my experience with this bank, I had a friend who’s sending me money from overseas. So I went in to the bank in order to get the swift code and he gave me the code so I txted my friend with the code. and who would have thought that the bankers are so immature and not professional enough to give me the wrong code turns out they did give me the wrong code now me and my friends are going back and forth with the customer service it is Taking forever to fix this it has not just Cost me the money and time. This really is very stressful .

      Crazy understaffed. Went in to open a checking account and there's literally 20 customers all trying to be seen. Waited nearly 40 minutes and most of the same people were still waiting. Insanely slow and inefficient, you just lost an account!

      I give 2 because the ladies who work do their normal work ... but the wait is too much and having a line of 10 people waiting have nothing more than a teller they should have very slow staff!
