Texans Fan5Best Bank in town by far. I don’t typically visit the center but when I do I schedule an appt. and no problem with wait time. Great service by Ricardo, George and the manager Rebecca you guys are doing a great job.

Norberto Bonilla1There's one teller, two max. The drive thru is ALWAYS closed. And the bank closes at 4pm. I mean, what kind of service is this?

Maria Avina1I've been depositing at this branch for over 3 years and today I was told that I could only do one deposit at a time in the drive thru. According to the manager Laura they have always done this as a courtesy so clients don't have to wait so long in the drive thru lines. Really?!?! Like I have time to drive around the building to get back in line for a separate deposit!!! Would never open an account here !!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Andrew Dwars1I have a BOA account and I went in Monday March 5th, 2020 and I arrived there at 2:15. I came in, so I can get a secured credit card and I repeatedly informed the banker what I wanted, which he stated there was no problem. I asked multiple card times to confirm that I was applying for the secured credit card, which he continued to acknowledge me. I asked him if he can give me more info about the credit card and he gives pamphlet information and I informed him that I already knew that from what I had read online. I continue to probe him and with questionsh and he is very short about his answers. Today is Friday March 6 and I receive a letter in the mail stating I was DENIED for the PLATINUM PLUS credit card. I am really upset because not only did I not get my secure credit card to help me with my credit but it just docked me 20 points because this banker did not double check and even when I asked repeatedly if it was the secure credit card,h which he assured me it was. I am in the process of purchasing a home and I could not have any hard inquires. I am beyond furious. This is Cristina !

Janelle Silver1The branch manager Mayela Villasana treated my family and I terribly. I went to the bank on 6/29/20 to open my daughter (3 yrs old) a child savings account with the money she saved on her own in her piggy bank. Maribel Castillo helped us with opening the account. Castillo was awesome and very helpful. Castillo counted all my daughters money and wrote the amount she counted on the deposit slip. It was $97 and some change. Castillo and I walked to the teller together to deposit the funds into the new savings account. The teller counted the funds and said there was only $77.60. I told him that is a huge gap from $97 and asked him if he is sure he counted it right. He went to the back to recount it and asked his coworkers for assistance. This is when Mayela Villasana got involved. Villasana walked towards me with my daughters coins in her hand and a very NASTY ATTITUDE. She told me "Three of us have counted it and it is $77.60". I told her I understood but Castillo originally counted the funds and said it was $97. I asked Villasana to link up with Castillo to clear up the discrepancy. Villasana then said "Are you saying she (Castillo) stole the money. Go in her office and tell her (Castillo) she stole the money". I told Villasana that I did not think Castillo stole anything. And asked her why would she say that about a coworker. Villasana then proceeded to ask me "Well what do you want to do " as she handed me the funds back with a disgusting attitude and she stormed away. I was forced to count the money myself. The male teller I was working with continued to help me with the deposit. Villasana continued to come back and forth to the teller window harassing me about my transaction. In the end the male teller and I counted $80.39. I deposited the funds into my daughters account. Before I left I asked the teller that I was working with and another teller for the womans name who harassed me (Villasana). Both whispered it to me in a timid way as if they were scared of her. Mayela Villasana managed to turn a celebratory visit to the bank into an awful experience. I highly suggest BOA gets rid of Villasana before she drives away all their customers.

Carlos Navarrete1If I didnt have to give a star I wouldn't give them one. It takes forever to cash A check. They have to verify (that only takes 30-45 minutes) then they make you stand in line to cash your check. When the teller could've just done their job from the beginning. If you have a business avoid this place your employees, subs etc willthank you for it.
