      Absolutely love this bank, been a member for the past 6 or 7 years lol.. I agree with other reviews that they have the best customer service in banks locally from when you come into the building they know there members/customers by last name very friendly. Love the drive thru experience fast and easy and as well very friendly.. one downfall is yes we need more ATMs with more options.. but overall love the guest experience and I strongly recommend this bank for people looking for a bank to bank with..

      Great customer service by the tellers. Great customer service by the account representatives. Easy bank accounts to open with all your documents. Only two concerns from me. Need more ATMs and branches. Waiting for Guadalupe location to open for more convenience. Make it happen Mr. CEO. Great atmosphere. Nice art work.

      Great customer service. One problem is NOT being able to deposit at ATM machine. Especially needed after hours and be able to get deposit confirmation by receipt. Other problem is, they only have one ATM machine in town, and that's at the bank.
