  Can someone fix Apple Pay at atm??? Only one location in New York works and it didn’t accept deposits. It is not an Apple problem because my Apple Wallet works everywhere fine. It is extremely frustrating because it wasn’t like that before and I didn’t have my card with me and was stuck with zero balance in the middle of nowhere and couldn’t even put money on my account, couldn’t order Uber back home. This is unacceptable

  The worst Bank of America franchise I have ever been to in my whole life in the US!!! It ruins Bank of America! Especially and specifically, as an Asian American myself, was treated horribly because of my appearance by the young Asian lady in the front!!(Wanted to make a complaint, but thought that she isn’t worth the effort!) Despicable!! Hopefully will never see her again!

  Worst experiences I’ve ever had with Bank of America. When it’s two hour away from closing, they are requiring me to make a appointment. Bad costumers services.

  The worse branch ever l went there 3 time the first time was ok but the last 2 time l went there since I'm black woman they were looking at me like I'm stranger they was 3 girls asking me what do l want like I'm lost or I'm not supposed to be there felt uncomfortable and unwelcome they were looking at me up and down l would never recomend anyone it was very bad.

  Scheduled an appointment for the service but when I came they said the person who provided the service is not there and won’t be there for the whole week. Very poor service. Wasted my time.

  Went in the morning. Stood in the front desk area for a few minutes and no one came to help or even greet me. Left very unhappy.

  Service reps are not taking claims seriously. Merchants are being allowed to charge for orders twice. Claims payed are not informed exactly who they are being paid to.

  Very slow. I think all of the Bank of America Location are slow. But this one wins. Spent 30 just to make a deposit. I am changing bank !!

  Trust me, this bank is not as bad as the reviews. I know their biggest disadvantage is that there are too many offices on the first floor, and it is larger than the needs of customers. Although there are three service windows on the second floor, there is only one staff member who can handle the business, so the handling efficiency will be much fuller. I came over today to go through the credit card payment process and there were two people in line in front of me. I waited 20 minutes for my turn. Very professional service, very clean environment, and a friendly Mexican lady manager. I have to stand up and speak for this bank, the truth is the truth. I deeply suspect that someone maliciously messaged this bank.
