  Claims to have 24 hour ATM service but all doors are locked and there is no ATM to be found. ???????

  I have been to this branch a couple of times but my experience today is awful. I needed a banker to assist me and answer my questions regarding some changes to my account but the banker preferred to answer me from behind the window though he is not a teller!! This is NOT how the customers should be treated in such a huge bank like BofA.

  This place is horrible, the ATM here has been out of service 5 times I've tried to go in the past 2 or 3 weeks. They annoy you as you try to use the ATM when it is open and the thing works. When I make withdraws from the teller they hold my money hostage while they badger me with questions about using other services. Completely ridiculous..
