  Horrible company, would not recommend to my worst enemy. Impossible to talk with someone over the phone aa they dont answer. Every call goes to a voicemail and if you do get a person, they have attitude. Take your business elsewhere, very unprofessional!

  As a small business you are grateful to get a loan or loans through banks to fund the purchase of equipment. We were able to do so with Bryn Mawr but the way they handle their loans is ridiculous. The bank employee we had to deal with was not a pleasure to do business with and the unnecessary late charges because of payments not being received to our account on time ( USPS ) was the cause of extra money charge to our account. I am thankful that we were able to get a loan from another bank to payoff this loan so we don't have to continue to do business with Byrn Mawr. Hopefully no one else will have the same experience.

  Great bank, these negative ratings arent true. My family has banked here for many, many years and never had any such problems. Prompt attention, proper balances, great people. Maybe they just dont know how to bank and that's why there upset.

  The bank is ok. It's convenient because it's close. But there's always $14 missing out of every check. Being a college student that needs to buy school supplies, hygiene products, and food, pay bills and pay for school, I need every penny.

  This bank used to be a good bank now its trying to push sales and accounts on clients like crazy not worth investing your money here look elsewhere.
