  No drive thru ATM at this location. Always have to stand in line to take out cash. Always terrible to go in and out of.

  WORST bank service ever. MANAGERS are horrible and have no proper training in CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  By far the best bank. It's smaller than most and super busy but with their good service i would rather go here. The bank manager is super involved. The gentleman when you walk in is prompt to attend you, Eric has helped me as a banker as well.

  Your banking hours suck. You don't open till 9 and you close at 4. Half of the working industry doesn't get off till 5. Close your lobby but your drive thru should stay open till 5/7. Every time I go in this location is always so busy it takes 2 hours to be seen.

  If I could give no stars I would ! Youngest representative there has a problem hearing. I asked her if the funds would be available if I deposit my check? She didnt respond so after I said okay I will cash my check and than deposit. After she cashed my check she said if I wanted 100's I told her no I wanted to deposit it. Her response was raising her voice you should have told me you wanted to deposit! I told her no I asked you if I deposit my check will the funds be available if not I will cash it and deposit it. With her yelling at me I told her never mind I will go to the atm and deposit myself. This place has always been a issue dealing with these new people coming in. Also how much longer on the one atm only working!

  Th worst, rudest, and longest lines of any banks. Less than a block away you have comerica, bbva, and chase... all would be better options, but chase has long lines too.

  They are doing a great job.today i went to both place BOA in N collins and this . People in N collins absolutely knows nothing. But when we came here our problem got resolved.. excellent customer service...
