      They allowed a person to go into this branch of Bank of America and cash a fraudulent check against my account. The teller never asked for ID against my photo ID on file and never checked for the correct signature that I have on file and the teller gave this person thousands of dollars of mine. Now I have to file a fraudulent claim and wait for a 60 day investigation to be done before I get my money back.

      I am a preferred bofa customer. I've never seen a bofa so disorganized and understaffed. This the worst location I've visited and I do a lot of traveling so I have been to quite a few locations all over the state and in other states as well. They need to make some serious changes.

      The tellers here in the dorchester location can't be trusted. My brother recently went here to deposit $6,500 cash and they said he was short $100. Before heading to the bank we had counted the money multiple times each turning out to be $6,500. This has happened multiple times to my mom as well. If you love your money that you worked so hard for, do not trust this location. If anything use the ATM.

      Taking good care of Vietnamese customers (Mrs. Dzung). However, the overdraft limit for new customers is only 300 $ when using the Master card is too low, very inconvenient, when the customer has a stable salary. The application of machinery after 1 year of use is not convincing.
