  My mom took me to this branch to open my first checking account. Both Sandy and Will were super friendly and heloful! They broke everything down so that I can understand. They also showed me how to budget and use a savings account. I will be telling all of my friends!

  I had the best experience I ever had in a bank, thanks to Will Calderon. He was the best! I recommend when you go to this branch ask for Will and he will definitely take care of all your needs like he did for me! He mention he is there everyday! He was very kind and he is very informative! I couldn’t be more happy with Will and this branch!

  Customer service was disrespectful lied straight to my face told me only one person could be aloud to open a safety deposit box account and be put on it.Even asked about husband and was told no , only myself. Then asked what happens when I passaway and all I got was a knod. They should be fired!!!!!

  I own a small store and have to make frequent large cash deposits from lottery sales etc. The tellers are always friendly and greet me with a warm smile and a hello. Very quick service as well. Tons of parking also.

  Service was quick and easy! Thank to Willis, I had a smooth transaction. He is very professional and will answer any questions you might have. Will definitely be back. I recommend him to everyone!

  If I could give negative stars, I would. Not just to this particular branch, but the bank as a whole. TERRIBLE customer service. They are making me wait over a week to verify a payroll check...that should be illegal to hold someone's money for that long. I would strongly advise against using Citizens, they are the least convenient and unhelpful bank.

  Very outstanding worker didn’t take much of my time and was great with explaining everything to me will be bringing more friends and family thanks to Mr.Calderon
