  Standing here now….Standing on line for a half hour. Literally one person ahead of me. Bank is so slow. The manager just stands there with her iPad and doesn’t help. The guy should not be a teller

  I had a bad experience they don’t give proper instructions and requirements when we take an appointment and go there they ask and talk about something wasted an hour sitting there.

  Very poor customer service. Long wait time and if you don't have an account with them, they treat you less than. They give you a hard time on completing your transaction and take longer because of it. This location has poor quality people who work there and I will never do any business with this location going forward.

  I consider this branch our "home" BOA branch for my business and personal accounts. The staff is very accommodating and friendly, there is always an abundance of parking, and I never have an issue getting anything done. I hope to continue using BOA Teterboro for many years to come.

  Don’t ever open any kind of account with Bank of America. They are scammers. I had $80 left in my bank account so i had transferred $400 through zelle app so my account won’t go negative and they didn’t let my zelle transfer show until next day so that they can charge me a whopping $35 fee for having insufficient funds. USUALLY ZELLE MONEY COMES TGE SECOND I MAKE A TRANSFER BUT NOT THIS TIME. they will hold your transactions extra long to make your account go negative just so that they can charge you extra fees. DONT EVER OPEN ANY ACCOUNT WITH THEM. I have bank accounts at three different banks and i never received so many insufficient funds fees. If a man is struggling already and BANK OF AMERICA WILL EVEN DIG A DEEPER WHOLE FOR YOU. Bank of america doesn’t understand how hard is to make money.

  This branch is the worst. They are very rude and unprofessional. I came to make a deposit and they were giviing me the eye because I had few deposits to make. I had been a BOA customer for 15 years and this location is the worst I had been.

  I came here for the first time, to open my bank account. The bank manager was really friendly and helped me a lot. Fast service with a smile.

  I Ask for a referral letter said they would do it in one day just to find out they can not to process the letter in one day when it takes 5 days to process what a lie and a waste of time Thanks to the bank of America in Hackensack for the right information

  Saw manager ask an ambulance picking up an emergency patient to move due to blocking parking spots in front of the bank. Really?! The sick and dying mean nothing to them.
