  Hot garbage, the employee makes you call the customer service phone on your own because they can't do anything. I was put on hold for an hour while they were just sitting there. It was a simple task to verify so identification and that was too difficult for them.

  So I used to use this bank before just because it was so convenient to my house . And I strongly agree with the other comments about long waits and tellers chit chatting with customers. But I guess you have to look at it from both sides of the coin if your a customer dont you want that customer service relationship but then again now a days everybody is in a big hurry. The reason I gave it a 1 star and no longer do any business at this Branch is because there is a Manager there that has the worst customer service ever and when I say worst this guy definitely takes the price . When I used to go there this guy would act like a casino Pit boss look at you in a way like not friendly not happy . I walked in there one time was doing some work around the house walked in he looked me up and down and gave me that look like if I was some kind of bum or something or someone that didn't meet his standards . Needed a wire transfer sat down with. Lady to do the wire he had to approve it came over looked at my accounts and all of a sudden he was my best friend HI , How are , What a beautiful day, are u having a good day, thank you so much for your business. I was so disgusted with the whole situation that I have never been back there again . To each there own but just wanted to share my experience.

  Was upset because money transfer through Zelle did not come through as quickly as I had been told. Came in to the branch and spoke to Nancy the Branch manager and she made the funds good immediately and also assured me if I was charged anything, for being overdrawn until the money transfer posted, she would reverse the charges. She went above and beyond. Nice to see a bank manager that doesn't see their customers as just another account number . She really saw me and understood my personal situation and was willing to go out of her way to help me out.

  Employees are very kind and work hard but the place is poorly staffed. If 6+ people are in line it means you need more tellers. Instead the rest of the bank is chatting with one another and doing busy work. I will keep going to Wells Fargo for anything outside of my business.

  The bank manager here is wonderful....she addresses your banking concerns with total professionalism while being friendly and sincere. The reputation of any company is based on it's front-line employees and Nancy is one of the many reasons B of A is standing tall in our community. Thank you!

  Well there's a guy named Adam who is useless and decides to talk about how there are 3 tellers and 15 people and that it would take 10 minutes. Talked to someone about are you here for fun or work. Talks about Disneyland and how the lines aren't like them. Disneyland lines are faster than Bank of America. In my opinion Adam should be fired because he is insulting the intelligence of the people who do business at that bank.

  This place is absolutely terrible. Never been in and out in less than 25 minutes. Always a long line, same two tellers who take their sweet time and chit chat. There’s a Chase bank by my house and I will be switching

  You payed $16.65 Billion to the Justice dept for financial fraud . You defrauded, investors, insurers, homeowners and the unemployed. Bank of America received $20 Billion bailout money. Now, you join a small % of the anti American population and their open border policy, who choose illigel Alien invaders over American Citizens with your announcement you will no longer finance detention centers because of, 'Trumps' border policies. Every single policy we have was implemented by Bill Clinton and Obama. All this bank has ever done is screw the American taxpayer. Good luck Bank Of Mexico, youll be crying again on election night.Trump has already won, you just cant see it through all your Communist propaganda and lies. We will close our account today.

  So far from my experience I love this bank. Its my home bank and the only one I go to. Everytime I come here I get an employee that is really understanding and very helpful with any problem ive had so far.
