  Great experience working with Cherry Creek Mortgage. We had a difficult loan to process and approve given wonky Covid income from the previous year and our non-conventional jobs in general. Cherry Creek did everything in their power - and I mean they pulled out ALL the stops - to get us approved. In the end they did it for us.   Patrick made it easy on our initial purchase of our home and the refinance of our loan one year later. He was proactive in watching the market and evaluating the right time to pull the trigger on a new interest rate.
