  GO TO ANY OTHER BRANCH EXCEPT THIS ONE!! Our greeter was friendly enough, but now that we've sat down and begun our wait for a team member to help us, we've been ignored for muuuuuch too long. 😳😳😳 Help us! Pleeeeezze.... someone...HELP us!! I'm typing this even as we're dying. I'm melting...melting... melting. Yes, I know that I sound foolish. It's the monotony of this wait that's turning me into a crazed woman. I hope you've enjoyed my review.

  Only 3 Teller during lunch hourBe prepared to wait at least 25 to 30 minutes in line my lunch hour smh

  Worst bank ever don't understand why can't they hire more tellers they only have one or two. The wait can be long so be patient. I had no option but to give it a star in order for me to write a review. I would of gave them a 0.

  These bank need to hire more teller wait on line to cash out check waited for 30 minutes. If you have accent they will treat you differently I really hate their manager don't go there I recommend going to different location.

  The worse thing to on a Saturday long wait Only one teller. It’s ridiculous for people to be wasting time instead of hiring more tellers to assist their customer. Awful experience!

  I give one star just cause they don't have zero as an option...... we went to open an account (give them bussines) we wait one hour and thirty mns when our turn came a friendly customer came to "her appointment " ( friends of the customer service guy) and they asked a us to wait more ......somebody needs to work on their customer service skills.

  Jessica at the teller was amazing how ever the manager was rude and disrespectful and didn’t know what she was doin or how the Bank of America system works never seen nothing worse than this branch and managers and bankers big thanks to Jessica at the taller

  The staff are friendly enough and I've only ever been robbed there once. The air conditioning is a nice respite in the summer, too.
