  Horrible service by an employee named Steve Gomez. he was assisting me because he needed a code for my cell phone and he told me to call customer service when they wanted to talk to him. he was already with another incredible person but true

  The teller take 30 mins to cut a certified check but still have typo on it. First time missing street number, second time missing memo, third time missing one word, the last time missing one letter. Why so many issues happened? The procedure is wrong. Even when I ask her to confirm the information with me before cutting the check, she still said that is not necessary. She is not qualified for this position. How deos Bank of America train this staff???

  The bank manager Nina was very kind, resourceful, approachable and professional. She manages the bank staffs very well. She helps her client’s needs. I highly recommend this particular branch. She has great skill sets and excellent interpersonal skill as well as a great communicator.

  I showed the teller my "new" NJ driver license, it was dissected, turned over, flipped around, flashed at, you name it! A second person came, did the same exact thing. Do something differently!!!! Like actually try to verify its validity. They told me that my ID doesn't bear a watermark [???!!] and all the other security features, implying that the driver's license that I paid 24 dollars for and waited 6 months to get was fake!! I also showed my passport and I was dismissed. I've never felt so embarrassed in my life!!

  Worst customer ever . Conn** who helped me .. and she were so disrespectful ... BOA need to train the manner ! I am not going back this branch ever again. This leonia branch ade me so disappointed in BOA.
