  They slow is hell in here been standing in line for almost a hour 1 teller working. I can't use a atm or mobile banking because its not my bank i was cashing a check yall just slow

  Received terrible lobby service today. The man at the front lobby desk on 4/15 in the am was dismissive and condescending. Long time customer of this branch, very disappointed in the deterioration of service.

  Ordered foreign currency, never got a call from bank for pick up. Tried calling bank numerous times for 1.5 weeks, no one picks up. I called corporate line for rep to inform me my order was ready like a week ago. I go into bank to pick up and explained the aforementioned only for rep to say, “maybe they tried calling wrong number?” Ummm what? Lesson learnt, will never come back to this bank again!

  Never had problems with this bank before other then long lines and one teller. But today Jessica that works there decide to involve herself in my conversation with another customer. We weren’t even talking to her, her open was open and she rudely involved herself in our conversation. She was very rude, and kept going back and forth with me. As a customer I find it very inappropriate.

  It is not often you visit a bank's ATM and can't run deposits because of an ATM failure or Bank issue... quite uncomfortable.

  Unlike some experiences mine was Very unpleasant with the teller on 4/14/21 at about 3:15 pm she was Hispanic and rude about paperwork that’s not available to their customers and saying that the next time I should be more prepared when getting to the window. If she lasts any longer I would be surprised never had a problem until then

  We stopped in this branch today to open a new account for my niece. These reviews couldn’t be more wrong! We were greeted at the door, met with a banker quickly, and had all of our questions answered. Jessica was great!

  Horrible bank! Wait times are astronomical and God help you if you don't have an account with them and are cash a Bank of America check. They push off to the side and take everyone else on line before you. Horrible, horrible customer service as well. Teller are rude and managers are more concerned with chi chatting then helping customers. Disgraceful! Will not be coming back to this branch again!

  Always a line to the door. They need more tellers and less management standing around. Anytime I go I prepare to lose 45 minutes.
