      No ATM at my branch. Pays for charges after requesting not to pay if insufficient funds. When at a positive balance I requested to close account. They wouldn't because $1.50 was pending. Then they paid a dozen auto charges and charged $38.50 a pop when none of the debits should have paid. No atm's within 2 miles and they charge $3.00 to use a non M&T atm. This is why I switched to Capital one 360. Go elsewhere.

      Hope you have a lot of time to kill if you're unfortunate enough to come to this branch. You'll often find 4-5 people behind the counter and maybe 1-2 actually doing anything. Godspeed. In fact, bring a snack. Better yet, get a new bank.

      I’m here at 4:48 and The security guard is telling me I can’t come this is a huge inconvenience I don’t have my card so I basically got told screw me

      Great customer service, Mrs. Virginia and Mrs. Sylvia are so sweet and always willing to offer assistance. I love that it has the "neighborhood bank" feel, the only thing I don't love is the outside ATM but I can live with that.
