  Honestly the worst BofA to come to , sometimes the staff is really friendly and sometimes not so much, I dread coming here when I need to .. there's usually a line of like 30 people and 1-2 windows open ... it takes a GOOD while to get out of there , now I'm not sure why they don't hire some more people especially knowing how crazy packed it gets in there , could be because they don't care about the clientele in shafter since it's a small town and not much revenue is brought in ?? Because even this bank hasn't been kept up nor remodeled like the ones in Bakersfield.

  I can't believe the customer service at this location I've been at this bank five times and regret every visit. I'm going to take my business somewhere else. Horrible service ruins my day when I know I have to go in.

  The service is horrible. Stand in line for 30 minutes. Then try the merchant window only to be told they are closed regardless of how long you have been waiting. Avoid this branch, but this is typical of Bank of America in general.

  It's always a line they never have everything open can't go inside when is the world going to go back to normal

  Worst branch....been waiting for 30 min. Only 1 teller open...client been with teller for 30 min. The rest of the staff all they could say is that the person who could help is out to lunch. This is so ridiculous....this is my first and last time in the Shafter branch.

  The bank sucks there's always a long lines and they never have enough people working and I was in line for about one hour just for them to tell me that they cash advance stupid machine wasn't working after a freaking hour

  Worst banking experience ever in my life. Been here for an hour and have not reached the one teller yet. I am glad this is not my primary bank and it will never be at this rate.
