Zemmm Daniels1Rude customer service I was trying to close my account me and my mom asked for assistance and the rude young lady just said in. Annoyed tone saying well do you have the app I said no I don’t then said well some of bank agents are going to lunch I didn’t like the way how she acted towards us I don’t appreciate her attitude they need to train the employees with kind and respectful customer service
