  Visited this bank July 1, 2022. My stop was to withdraw money from a kiosk within the bank. Unknowingly I inserted the wrong card(cash withdrawal), ie, BOA credit card instead of my BOA debit card. After a few attempts, I entered the bank and was greeted by a BOA employee. The employee was polite and noted my obvious frustration. The employee called another employee for assistant. This employee listened to my complaint and was polite as well. Upon presenting my BOA cards, it was noted I was using the wrong card. Oops. No worries was the response from both employees. I was able to complete my transaction using the correct BOA card.

  Well first I'd like to say that all the staff that helped me were super kind and friendly, I had my 2 little toddlers with me and it's super hard to do things with kids and the staff were so patient and kind and didn't not make me feel rushed or anything, as I was already overwhelmed with my kids. I'd also like to say the personal banker who helped me was amazing and went above and beyond for me so thank you!

  I am so glad I chose Bank of America! Great customer service! Kylee really went above and beyond. She was super helpful and took the time to explain and set up everything I needed.

  Tricia asked Boosie for more ID after he already provided debit card in QST with PIN plus Text verification and state issued ID. She didn't want to override a same day cashiers check because it counts against her, and in turn she decided to hassle a man who was just trying to do his business.. A preferred client.

  If I could give zero stars I would, I have witnessed a black man be discriminated while trying to withdraw money from this location. The woman by the name of Tricia Stalker was very rude and inconsiderate and made it uncomfortable to witness. If this woman can't do business professionally with everyone no matter who it is she needs to step away. The service he received was disturbing and quite frankly disgusting.

  Tricia Stalker The Financial Center Manager is a RACIST KAREN!!! Try to give black people a hard time to withdraw over 4000$ But lets the caucasian man withdraw 7500$ With no issue

  The customer service is horrible. Bank of America sent me a check and no one would cash it. I've been calling for over a week and today someone told me that in order to get my money back from them I have to go to one of their financial centers and the closest one is an hour away from me and I don't drive. This is my money from my account that they closed and now I can't get my money back from them. I get the run around on the phone, I get switched to different customer service people or they tell me that they can't help me. I'd like to have my money back.

  If you go in with cash, only one person can take it while everyone else is talking amongst themselves.The times on the door don't match what is online. The "response from the owner" does not address my concerns and only deflects responsibility. Maybe that is the reason this store has a 2.3 star rating.

  Not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from. I stopped in for assistance with my account and dealt with 3 people, one of which was the manager. All 3 of them went out of their way to help me, worked together to find a solution, and were super friendly the entire time. This is a new branch - it was clean and modern and everyone was wearing masks and there was hand sanitizer provided. I don't live in the area but if I did, this would be my go-to location.

  Patrick is very rude. Called to ask a simple question about cashing a personal check my grandmother gave me and he had an attitude and sounded very aggravated in his tone. I was polite to him and he continued to treat me like I was stupid. Don't bother calling this branch with any questions, you're better off calling the customer service support center.
