  These five stars are for Julio Hernandez. I wanted to close a safe deposit box because I live in LA and no longer need one in OC. I was stuck in traffic (of course:) and arrived at the bank at 5:57pm and there was a line. The bank closes at 6pm. At first, I was told that they can't close a safe deposit box because a manager was not on site. I pleaded because I didn't want to make the long trip again. Julio went above and beyond to help me! He even stayed about 15 minutes past closing to get this done for me. We still bank at Bank of America, but in LA. I wish Julio worked at our branch! Thanks, Julio! You made a big difference for me today and I appreciate it so much! This is a perfect example of EXCELLENT customer service.

  1 teller to help over 15 people in line. Manager casually takes her lunch at the busiest time. Comes back with no sense of urgency. Home loan officer laughing at the wait time. No one stepped up to help. Asked for an explanation and none was able to be given. This bank has no leadership. I will be looking at switching to another bank

  Ashley is absolutely rude, she told me they could not help me as my card was sucked into the machine outside. The manager was kind and helpful and so was Julio. I never write negative reviews and honestly I. And honestly I can say i never even have bad experiences but this girl Ashley has no customer service experience and needs training, I feel bad for their customers. I had to leave the store and I told them I would handle the issue myself I am going to change back to Chase bank.

  Ashley Cortez, who supposedly is manager, does not respond to emails. I have a pending fraud case that needs to be resolved. I should have spoken to a more knowledge/competent B of A rep.

  The bank is open after almost a year. Good to have the friendly neighborhood bank open again.

  10 people in line, only 1 teller. Everyone in line getting really cranky and bonding over how much they hate BofA

  Everyone is friendly. Even the security guard outside. The manager is awesome. Love this place
