  Came in about 2 weeks ago to open a join bank account and spent over 2 hours to get it done. Just returned to the same branch where I thought the joint account was opened, to find out that I was solo in it. They are extremely slow and disconcerting to people’s time.

  Worst customer service ever. I went to do a transaction which I've done numerous times before and just because the representative was having a bad day she lied talking about she can't perform the transaction because of a problem with my acct which when I went to another location they said there wasn't any problems

  To me, an ATM is an ATM is an ATM, but this location is my preferred ATM of choice in the area because it's across the street from a busy hospital, it's well-lit and I have yet to find homeless people outside/inside looking for money.

  Went in on a Saturday, had to get several certified checks and open a credit card. Was in and out in half an hour, and everyone I talked to was very friendly.
