  This review is for this SPECIFIC bank branch—we all know online/phone service for all branches is spotty but I can’t get over the lovely customer service I received just now when calling in to get a couple of certified Cheques for a new apartment. Donna helped me out and was so friendly and kind, even offering congratulations and waiving the fee on the cheques when she found it what it was for. There were some tech issues which were not at all her fault but she was so nice about it all even though it was as much a waste of her time as anyone’s. I was also really impressed by the conversations around me with the other bank staff and customers. It literally seemed like tellers here befriend their customers and remember them. That can’t be the case for every interaction obviously but just in the small sample I overheard I felt like this was the most good natured bank branch I had ever been in. The staff were all really nice to each other too, just felt like a supportive and sweet working environment. Didn’t expect to be writing a 5 star review for a bank pretty much ever but I just wanted to drop some compliments after my weirdly uplifting experience!

  Not my brunch, but i needed to make a deposit asap. It took them forever to process a simple transaction. Very strange. I love this bank, but obviously not this particular brunch.

  Please clean up the mess in front of your bank. It only helps to bring the whole block down. Your a bank with a brand , you should understand that! Please keep it clean around the tree. Thanks, A neighbor

  I've been sitting and waiting for someone to help me for 25 minutes! Only 1 banker working! I was told she'd come in 2 minutes but no one is here to come and get my job done!

  Manger is very nasty her pin that has customer service starts with me should be taken off of her she is the most nasty women ever and needs to go for some costumer service training

  It's a bank. Fairly generic. Ridiculous ATM fees.
