  Definitely, the worst experience in Bank of America. Even the online specialists are better. They are caring, patient, and understandable. Just DON'T know why they judge me for customizing my old credit card. I mean if you offer customization of the card image, why is it ridiculous for you that I want to customize my card? 😅😅😅 I am done with this Bank of America, I won't go again.

  I had an amazing service from Helen Khalioun. She helped me to open new accounts. I had to go to the bank two times, everything was so smooth. Helen was really informative and professional, the best experience I had in a bank so far. Thank you so much!

  They did not honor my appointment because they were helping another client. I was told the other client had a similar issue to mine (fraud) and hence they couldn’t help me. Not sure why helping the other client meant they couldn’t help me. I was told to call customer service instead after I told them I had already spent 6 hours on the phone. I cannot wait to close all my accounts with this bank.

  We just went to Bank of America to get a Money Order and we found out that a Money Order cost $15, even if you are a customer, this is incredible, and to make things worst my husband needed to use the bathroom and they told us they dont have a bathroom. This is absolutely incredible, what happened to the customer service, soon they are going to charge us to use the restroom........

  The truth about BOA is not only take your money for granted but also paid so little consideration about how they made you feel! I signed up for the BOA credit card because they had a promotion for one year interest free! When I signed the contract, the representative of BOA rushed me to sign, even though I asked them about the details of the contract! They did not even bother to mention about how the potential interest fee and transaction fee for the cash out! Until one day I took $20 out of the bank, they charged me $10 transaction fee and after four month, they are still charge me the minimum interest fee, I called them several times and asked for help! Guess what, they insisted I should pay for it although the information that they provided was not correct, this is just a fraud! The best way to save money is not to put in the bank, because they are the biggest liars and fraud among all!

  This branch is staffed entirely by idiots. I have been there three times trying to complete one simple transaction. They do not care about their customers in the slightest. I highly encourage you to take your business somehere else.....I know I will.

  This building is quite large and there are two ATMs in front of the building. The staff members are very nice and have excellent customer service.

  10 people in line. One cashier. 30 minute wait. This is typical; why not hire another cashier?
