  We focus on tax services for real estate and investment management , so we attend a lot of real estate events. Over the years members of our firm, Richard Welling LLP, have attended several Arixa Capital events. We have been impressed each time at the quality of the speakers, topics covered, and organization by members of the Arixa team. This year we had the opportunity to collaborate with Arixa as sponsors of the UCLA Real Estate Roundtable. Working with Jan, Greg, Grace and the rest of the team was a great experience - they are prompt, professional, creative, and fun to work with.   I met Jan Brzeski several years ago as a student enrolled in one of his real estate courses at UCLA and as an attendee at the annual Real Estate Roundtable he hosts at UCLA. I had no expectation of becoming an investor in one of Jan’s funds, but I am very happy that it happened. I am a conservative investor and it took several months to finally make a decision to invest. Jan’s fund made sense every which way I could look at it. I read the prospectus, peppered Jan with countless questions and finally made the decision to dive in. His returns have mirrored his projections and I consider my investment in his fund one of the best I’ve made over the past 5 years. Jan has also become a great sounding board for real estate and investment ideas. He presents his offerings in a straight-forward manner and is always available to review the more nuanced facets of his funds. I plan to continue to invest with Jan. He is clearly an expert in his field, professional and accessible.
