  Typically service is pretty good, but the frustration is usually only have one or two teller's open or there. Plus no drive thru! The wait is really frustrating. Feel like it's a Walmart mentality of a skeleton crew . Also I HATE that they are FORCED to harass the customers on credit cards ect. That isn't right!

  One of the worst run BOFA locations on Central Coast. No merchant window open, one teller for over 20 customers waiting in line. People in line grumbling, complaining that the same lines had kept them away several times this week already. Management seems indifferent, offered to assist with another window only if anyone in line wanted to make a deposit "without any cash in or out." No takers. What a collossal waste of customers' time. If I were a merchant in this town, I'd be switching banks.

  Nice working people, very clean. Located on San Benito st. and 3er st. in Hollister Ca. Working hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm fom Monday to Friday. Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00 pm. They have a drive true service too.

  Too long of a wait im sorry but if u have so.ewhere to be do not come here u will be here a while. B of a in hollister needs to hire more employees for the good of customer service

  My husband and I recently moved to Hollister. It is welcoming to feel at home out of home. Great Customer Service!

  Friday afternoon, line out the door, other employees standing or sitting around + the manager... and only ONE teller... NO THANK YOU.

  22 people in line and 1 teller and 2 other employees in the back just chopping it up and laughing... not the 1st time either already in line more than 27min

  This bank is freaking horrible they won't even accept a check with different ink on it and they make it sound like we wrote the check to our selves

  No people waiting in line but still need to wait for at lease 15min. There are two representatives. They preferred sitting there but not helping customer! Ended up leaving with no help done.

  The teller was very helpful. The line was long but it sure was cool inside :)
